T-Mobile files suit against purveyors of cellphone records

T-Mobile is joining the barrage of interests aligned against online ventures that sell cellphone records, with their lawsuit in Washington state court coming on the heels of proposed Congressional legislation, a lawsuit brought by the Illinois attorney general, a temporary restraining order filed by Cingular, and a citation by the FCC. All of these actions, including the T-Mobile suit, are being directed at 1st Source Information Specialists, Data Find Solutions, or both.  Neither of these two "information specialists" would comment on the building storm surrounding them, but it seems that the widespread passion regarding this issue may force them to find new industries to specialize in sooner rather than later.
