I playing with one of these Sharp VGA screened phones and the screen is real VGA and the fonts look absolutely excellent. Of course, you can get really tiny fonts that you cannot read but the typical fonts they use are "normal sized" and just look extra rounded and smooth - no anti-aliasing required. IMO the screen really comes into itself when viewing maps like the piccy shows and then it's just amazing. Tie it in with GPS and vecotr graphics zoom and it is sur-weet.
