I wouldn't bank on it. Helio is geared toward the youth market, and WinMob is still primarily geared toward business.
I'd still like to see Helio bust out with a QWERTY smartphone with these kinds of specs, but that will probably depend on how many customers they get for these phones. Existing Treo and HTC users aren't going to switch to the Hero or Kickflip.
