Toshiba back in the smartphone game?

Toshiba left the US PDA market long (Toshiba e805 pictured), long ago. In fact, they nearly dropped off the planet releasing devices into Japan, only. However, it looks like they’ll be staging a comeback in smartphones with the introduction of a new handset(s?) at CeBIT. It’s not clear at this point whether they’ll go Symbian or Windows Mobile but the smart money is on WinMo given their experience in Japan. We’ll bring you more live from CeBIT if and when this is announced.
