What people need is efforts being spent to make 3G bigger in the States. Preferably start setting up *2100MHz* networks in places with a high Japanese population where people would be more accepting of 3G, or already have 3G phones, and maybe to open up 3G roaming from Japan or other countries, or also premium content, as a revenue stream to fund the network expansion into the rest of the country. It's painful to see 3G networks practically nonexistant in the US and China while the rest of the world builds up 3G and puts these places to shame...
