Ever since the 600, it's been minor upgrades... and I'm not complaining, the Treo only needs minor upgrades to keep up with the times, it's always been cutting-edge goodness. The only thing my 650 wants for is broadband, a higher-res camera, and the magic eternal battery life that the future holds. I can't imagine needing much more than a "Treo 1000"... that bad mother will project its interface directly into your brain, and you'll thank it.
