There's been no mention of the device's CPU speed although it looks snappy in the video. Look above the BT/WLAN Antenna and you will see a Samsung memory IC... and above that you will see something that says "OMAP (tm)". The second row of numbers you will see says "1710C2776" which means that it is the OMAP 1710 chip below:
