Hi, I test Cing's network using Samsung phones. I highly suggest going with an LG model. I've never used them, but the Samsungs are the kind of device that's nice at first but then the flaws start to appear and become extremely annoying. I'd go with the LG in an instant just because I hate the Sammys. I also think they're ugly compared to LG's models, but that's your call =)
