It would be nice to see the lawmakers step in and do something for the public's benefit for a change. As far as kids and McDonald's coffee cups go, you can't eliminate all distractions...you can't eliminate all distraction (rain, sneezing, hot chicks on the sidewalk, other drivers, etc.), but it would be nice to minimize them.
