SLVR L7c rumored for Sprint
According to PCS Intel's sources, it looks like Motorola is about to add to its alphabet soup, bringing its SLVR franchise to Sprint as the "L7c." As in the RAZR's CDMA metamorphosis, the SLVR L7c should pack on a little girth when compared to its GSM brethren, but it'll still slot into Sprint's lineup as their thinnest phone. Besides the obvious CDMA innards, the L7c adds GPS and allegedly swaps the L7's VGA camera for a beefier 1.3 megapixel shooter. No word on a release window, but you know we'll have our ear to the ground and keep you posted.

Finally, a little variety comes to Sprint, but I wont hold my breath for this phone. Hopefully handsets will start becoming a little more exciting here in the US.
what is the capacity of the SLVR's battery? I have a feeling that CDMA + small, thin battery = real crappy Blade-esque battery life. . .
Does this mean no SLVR for verizon now? Crap..
[start dumb useless rant]
Pffft.. I waited forever & a day for Sprint to come out with something that supported iSync. 'had the T608 for the longest time - 'finally caved & got the Samsung A900 (which *still* doesn't support syncing) - and really can't afford a 700P.
Who am I kidding - consumers really don't care about bluetooth anyway, right?
Ah well - with Sprint's track record, this probably will actually come out when my contract is up.
[/end dumb useless rant]
Didn't pcsintel "scoop" the RAZR V3m was coming to Sprint? Yeah, they did. Take this "scoop" with the same grain of salt.
Hey Sprint, it's time to lend Sanyo some cash so they can INNOVATE again, not IMITATE. It's almost criminal the direction that Sanyo has gone the past two or three years. Remember, they had the first integrated camera phone in the US. They had the ORIGINAL slim candy bar phone over four years ago. Now they are just playing catchup as far as design and features.
FINALLY SPRINT PHONES ARE TEH SUK!!!111!!!
The only thing I would be really interested in is if this moto has EVDO... With the bluetooth use as modem hack I love my A920, but it wouldn't be such a bad thing to deal with to slap an extended battery on this slim little dealy, especially since I got the extendo for the A920... If it does all that and the bag of chips I might be willing to buy it early...
I read on this site that the SLVR was coming to Verizon. Is this still correct or is Sprint the only CDMA carrier getting it?
As a long time Sprint Customer AND Corp. owned Retail Store Rep, all I can say is...About damn time we get better phones!!! I just hope it will have EVDO and a fair price.
