With regards to the volume problem mentioned above, I encountered the same issue until I realized that the protective static plastic on the phone's screen is covering the speakers as well. One quick yank of the covering and the sound could be heard in all it's 3D glory (a true 'duh' moment for yours truly). As for moving files, simply select a file to move,select Options>Move to>Memory card>. From there, you have the option to Move All or individually by just checking on the file to move and them select the "Move" option (lower left side). Hope this helps and doens't deter people from getting this superb phone.
