Interesting. After 11 days with the Q, I FedEx'ed it back to Verizon this morning. The form factor was great, voice quality and reception were excellent, but menu lag and wonky software prevented this from being a keeper. I'm afraid that heavy marketing still won't produce the dramatic sales Verizon had hoped for. Having used four Pocket PCs in the past, I still have hope that Windows Mobile can be implemented properly in one of these slim QWERTY devices; I hope Samsung does it right.
