Good point, number 2. If you look closely, there are outlines stenciled around two keys, possibly indicating that in dial mode, you can hit either key to produce the same number. Having owned a Motorola Q for 11 days, and several Pocket PCs before that, I can only hope that the Samsung version implements WM5 more smoothly than Motorola did; othewise it's going to be another Smartphone dud...destined for teenage texters, and gadget freaks instead of hardcore business/Blackberry users.
