I've been looking all over for information on this phone but couldn't find anything. The parental restrictions certainly are nothing new. Every Sanyo Phone going back a couple years had these features, they just weren't very user friendly.
Just go to the Security menu, enter in your password (change your password too) and set whatever restrictions you want.
The SCP-200 was the ultimate in kid friendly phones. No Camera to rack up high bills with photo messaging...it had a speakerphone and text messaging, was available in different colors, and best of all didn't have Vision, so there was no $270 bill for downloading ringers and wallpaper.
Regardless, looks a lot like a camera-less 3100. And I like the 3100's design (don't know why tho)
