Samsung's midrange E380 flip approved by FCC
The SGH-E380 has popped up courtesy of the FCC with precisely nothing interesting about it: Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel camera, dual color displays, music player, and EDGE support round out the completely typical spec sheet. Strangely, the FCC lists this as a single-band GSM 1900 device, but they also make mention of an SGH-E388 sister product that might be more friendly to American frequencies. If you, for whatever reason, thought that there weren't enough midrange Samsung clamshells in the pipeline, hopefully we've made your day.

Why does Samsung make a new phone everyday?
No wait. They release a new phone everday. They must design and build hundreds a day to be doing this.
They oversaturate the market. T-Mobile has 5 phones from them that look exactly the same.
And then there's the sliders. The e635, t809, d500, d600, d700, d800...
Why???
Jonathan, I say they are bitter about being in 3rd.
But T-mobile really should get some more phones from other manufacturers, maybe some nicer Nokias that aren't already over a year old
Please, someone stop the neverending deluge of crappy generic Samsung flips! I can't take it any more! Their ubiquity and mediocrity is driving me insane!
