I agree with you Tim. I also work a for a cellular provider and have to deal with similiar issues all the time. People like to complain and also expect full bars where ever they maybe. Once again no provider guarantees service in every location and phones are out of the providers control anyway. Providers have no control over build quality or even if a phone does have poor reception. :) Ah the joys of working in the wireless industry!
