I have to say this phone it the biggest piece of junk! I have the white chocolate when it first came out, went through about 5 of those. The worst off all was when I got the "white screen of death" I lost everything! And everytime I had a problem, Verizon gave me a refurbished phone! I bought a new one, I want a new one to replace the new one I paid for! Finally, after the 5th time, they gave me a discounted price for the newer model chocolate phone. WHAT A WASTE! This morning I get up, and the dumb thing won't stay on! I've been having problems with it just shutting off, but now just not turning on at all? I am fed up with LG! I miss my Samsung phones, I could throw those things into a brick wall, and they would be fine! I do have to say the one thing Verizon did do for me was every time I got a new phone, they gave me credits to download the same ringtones I had. Since none of this was my fault, and the phone sucks, it was nice to know I didn't have to pay for them again.
I think I will avoid LG at all costs, there products are junk!
