This phone has been available for so long that you can easily find it for $200. Funny, that is probably going to be Cingular's contract price.
One thing that is interesting is the 100 song limit is no longer mentioned on Cingular's brochures. Previous iTunes+cingular brochures clearly state 100 song maximum. The new brochures states, "The amount of music your RAZR V3i can hold depends on the compression rate of your songs and the amount of media stored on your phone."
