To say it can't edit documents because it isn't designed to edit documents is circular reasoning at best. as for it not editing documents... it is kind of simple when you think about it.. regular phones cannot open or edit any kind of documents.. so a "Smartphone" will open documents and allow you to view them.. cause it is "Smart" now to edit documents on the go you are going to need a pda or a "pocketpc" logical really.
