Number of applications downloaded from the iPhone App Store
After hitting a historic 1 billion downloads, Apple says the store cleared another half a billion apps in the following three months.

Nope, it is CDMA. From the FCC filings:
"This equipment is a CDMA portable transceiver, which operates in the Analog 800 MHz cellular band and
in the Digital CDMA 800 MHz PCS band."
That could be a memory card slot, maybe? Or it could be the battery contacts...
