There's more to the phone then just a "reflash". And even if it was that easy, they arent going to do so just because of the fact that they can move more units by releasing two different versions of the same exact phone. Take the A900 on Sprint. That was out for a few, then they came out with the same exact phone with a more recient software version and "Themes"... It's all a marketing scam to sell more units.
