"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
Having had several of Virgin Mobile's other offerings, including the Slider Sonic and the Oystr, I have to say that the Slice is the only one of these phones that is worth anything in terms of quality and functionality. The Slider had a camera, but was one of the cheapest handsets I have ever used, while the Oystr was just sub-standard overall. Since I am actually someone who uses my phone and doesn't care about built-in wallpaper or ringtones, (and there are no ACTUAL ringers in the Kyocera phones - just music, which doesn't work for me since I am not 14) the Slice is built like a very tiny tank, gets more bars of reception in all locations around my town, and has the loudest and clearest audio of all of the VM phones I have used. This one is a keeper.
