Cingular-branded Nokia N75 in the wild
Being the only scheduled-for-release Nokia device with UMTS 850 / 1900 on board, it didn't take an industry insider to venture a guess that the N75 was on the fast track to US release. Neither, then, did it take a lot of brainpower to take a stab at the carrier, seeing how we've only got one around here with the right kind of bandwidth. Sure enough, a HowardForums member has managed to score a couple shots of an N75 emblazoned with that orange... uh, thing of a logo we all love (or love to hate, as the case may be). Rumor has it the S60 3rd Edition clamshell is on a fast track for release some time in November; as always, we'll remain skeptical until a Cingular-branded N75 rests in our outstretched paws, but it certainly seems things are looking up for Symbian fans on Cingular.

I don't know why, but Nokia's design reminds me Sony Ericsson W300 Walkman series
Damn, I just got an unbranded w810i. Wifi b/g is nice.
H O T P H O N E!! Saw one of these at the Nokia store in NYC.
the N-Series is wasted on the american market. just import and keep all the features that the fcc/cingy will take out. wifi, anyone?
nope.
not falling for this one again
anyone remember the cingular n80?
i'll guve you the n80 matt but that phone never even reached cingular employees for testing and etc... this phone is already in the hands of some lucky bastards and looks like the recent symbian cingular deal might just prove this to be true.
HSDPA, WiFi? Come on Nokia... Please!
I like the optimism of #6, but I sorta agree w/ #5. I'm really looking forward to this phone, but I'll believe it once it is actually in my hands.
Stop complaining about the missing features. They are missing because Cingular wanted a main stream phone. If you want top notch wait for the N95.
*elfguy* are you saying HSDPA and WiFi are not included on the Nokia N75? Because I was actually asking...
I currently have a Nokia N80 and I plan to get a Nokia N95. However, both these phones don't work with UMTS/HSDPA in the US (being WCDMA 2100)!
I hope you guys like those pictures. I took them with my Blackberry Pearl. I wanted to take more but customers kept coming into the store. This phone was spotted in Grapevine, Texas. Hey Ash thanks for letting people know who took the pictures.
Not only seen it... but i have one as well! Great phone! But i am also using a blackberry perl and its hard to decide which i like better!! Both will be hitting the COR stores in early to mid November (in the wash/balt at least)
But the N95 DOES do HSDPA and WCDMA...i dont understand why the N95 wouldn't work on cingular or Tmob?
Please explain.

N75 doesn't even do HSDPA...wtf cingular.
That's why i wont switch. Cingular only has one HSDPA phone...and it's an LG...WITH the sd card under the battery (poop)
CMON N95 PLEASE DAMMIT
I have seen the N75 on a wbesite, can't remember? WCDMA/UMTS 850/1900. 3Gpp Quadband GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz for U.S. Market

Still out of stock, though.. :(
I have found the N75 on Ebay. I don't know how they are being sold if they still aren't available.
Any help??
Thank you.
