With the “Unlock” prompt displayed at the bottom of your phone display, enter 1-1-1-1-1-1 (one 6 times) – you will see the “Service” prompt appear. Select the “Service” option then press OK when “Reset Lock” appears. You will be required to enter a 6-digit service programming code. We recommend entering the default service programming code of 0-0-0-0-0-0 (6 zeros). If the default 6 zeros does not work, you will have to contact your wireless provider for assistance (some wireless provider’s change the service programming code). I used virgin for the security code it asked for and it worked. Cuz mine was a virgin mobile phone :)
