This semester at UMD I have been having the same exact problems. Service has been on and off but more frustrating half the time I try calling people I get "Network Busy". Alot of my friends have Cingular and the same problems. It has even gotten to the point where I have twice picked up pieces of other peoples conversations, which is a total privacy issue. I contaced cingular and asked why they had not looked at the demographics to see that a good percentage of 30k people were using the same area towers. The only thing they could say to me was we're putting in new towers all over the nation everyday, we're trying. How can they do this?
