"Jawbone IS Crap" Shoddy workmanship from a company that is representing that its product is state of the art. I bought one on Saturday. The earloop that comes attached to the unit fit snuggly, but each of the other three earloops provided in the package fit very loosely, such that the Jawbone would slip off if held by the earloop. I walked back into the store and we pulled out another package--same problem. I like to wear my bluetooth on the left ear so that was unacceptable, particularly for a product for which they are charging $119. I never even got to sample the technology, although it does look cool. It's possible that they will resolve their quality control problems, but I don't think I have the patience to wait for that.
“The other one is a biggie, and it's something very noticeable in the videos: touch sensitivity is pretty bad. Using the virtual keyboard proved to be far too painful, and we're pretty sure it wasn't multitouch-friendly.”
