I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. I actually KNOW the victim of this crime, Mindy, and Marlon actually worked with us at Price Chopper Combo on Noland road, in Independence,MO. Anyways, I'm glad to see that this douchebag finally got convicted....he's the kind of guy that wouldn't do anything in front of other people but afterwards, like when him and mindy got in her car and left a party or something, he'd verbally abuse and get physical w/ her.....he's the classic example of a weak punk that would only hurt a helpless girl......he needs to go to prison for 10+ years IMO
