"Satisfied" iPhone 3GS owners
Of 200 iPhone 3GS users polled in August, 2009, 99 percent termed themselves "satisfied," with 82 percent saying they were "very satisfied."

Looks like this is for the non-US-3G version. Here's a quote from one of the white sheets:
"Outside of USA and Canada, the transmitter of the device is capable of operating also in 900 /
1800 / 2100 MHz bands, which are not part of this filing."
It didn't have any mention of testing HSDPA or 3G; just of GSM and GPRS. Sorry. :(
