I bought an earset2 (left) and immediately had problems with getting a proper sync with my verizon cdma palm 700p. they connect, but very loosely, and if the phone is more than about 18 inches *(yes, inches) away from the earset, there is so much static it is unusable. Verizon replaced my 700p, no better. Have been in regular contact with the US B&O tech guys, who say they have heard of it, and had some complaints, but don't think it is all 700p units. Unfortunately, no one keeps that expensive a headset long enough for BO to figure out what is wrong. Could be a software version issue, could be a problem with something that is in the cdma version that is not in the gsm version.

Has anyone else had this problem. Need to get it resolved. They will of course take it back, but I hate the plastic ones with the flashing blue light.

Mike Graham

Mike Graham
