So, first the good news: a recent market pricing document from AT&T shows that the
N75 is still in the cards. Now, the bad: it's anybody's guess when it might finally get around to launching. Said document simply (and ominously) shows "Launch Delay" in the N75's row, indicating that S60 fans could be in for more of a wait to get their US 3G on -- as if they haven't waited long enough already. Let's end this little tid bit on a bright note, though, shall we? There's a red variant of the
Pearl in the pipe, which may very well make for RIM's least business-oriented product yet (our apologies if your original black and gray piece is starting to look a little drab now). No word on a launch date there either, but we're guessing -- nay, hoping -- that there are fewer technical hurdles involved with the color changed than with the N75.
I just hope the N75 isn't delayed any longer than May, like the current rumors indicate :(
BGR--when you first reported that the N75 was on the Cingular rebate sheet, it showed that the release was "TBD"....does your newest information show on a sheet something other than TBD???
gebster - In lieu of Boy Genius himself reporting here, I can confirm that the sheet does now show "Launch Delay" in addition to "TBD".

First the Black. Got it !! Then the White. Got It !! Now the Red. You bet your ass I am !!
Screw that, I'm not waiting until May for the N75. Why can't they just release the phone w/ said buggy feature turned off and then issue a f/w update shortly after? Arhh! This wait is killing me!
How can a handset be delayed that was never given a launch date? It still says Late May on the latest Cingular sheets.
Got the black, saw the white and cringed, and thanked myself for sticking to black. Ain't no way I'm jumping to red.
Pearl Red is suppose to be dropping sometime next week.
Do we have renderings of that Red Pearl? I saw that one which looked hideous, but I am sure it's not going to be that bad!
Is this Red Pearl like RED for Aids?
