I read a while ago the 8700 can be used as a USB drive. Is that still true? It is a real pain getting your own ringtones on the Motorola phones. The salesrep informed me that while a few LG VX8600's may have an OK speakerphone, most do not. Because the phone is so thin and the speakers so small, the price you pay is very low volume on the speakerphone, low volume on the ringer, and about a one third shorter battery life than a more conventional size phone with a larger battery. That is the information I am hearing.
