It fits itself more in the category of asthetically pleasing phones. But if your primary audience is business then it is a sort of letback and if it was meant for females then I guess I can't buy it :)

Arvinder Singh

Comments on Video: LG Prada phone complete interface walkthrough

I love the interface. The video maybe would have been more useful to see you hold it like you normally would hold a mobile phone and use your thumb to navigate around. Just so you we might be able to imagine how everyday use of the phone might feel.

chris l

Comments on Video: LG Prada phone complete interface walkthrough

I'm kinda disappointed in the user interface. Nothing too exciting. I have a Motorola A1200 (Ming) which is a touch screen as well. The menu on the LG Prada looks like nothing special.

It's like a regular menu system that has touchscreen tacked on. There's nothing you can do if it had the dialpad as a slider. As in, if it had a slider the 12 buttons then the touchscreen could be disabled and not make a difference on the phone. All those functions that you can do could be mapped to buttons on the dialpad.

Now that I think of it, it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a phone with LED dialpad where the image on the button changes depending on where it is on the menu. THAT would be impressive. Not a bad idea, but who knows how much it'd cost. I guess the LED could be black and white. But back to the topic, LG Prada menu system needs work.

ShortFuse

Comments on Video: LG Prada phone complete interface walkthrough

What's not to like...OH it's not available in the US market!
