I am going to take legal precautions toward amp'd mobile. They have false advertisement. There is no way I can check my minutes and there's no way to know when and even if my cycle starts over. Therfore How am I suppose to know if I went over or not. I called them to ask if I went over they said they can not tell me that info. So how can they bill me for minutes they dont know if I used? This is the most obnoxious unprofessional customer service I ever experianced! My bill went from $200 to $1300 in 3 weeks time, IMPOSSIBLE! All the repersenative could say was you went over your minutes.
