Of 40 Palm Pre users polled in August, 2009, 87 percent termed themselves "satisfied," with 45 percent saying they were "very satisfied."

Or you could go to a Best Buy, where the salespeople are more interested in how many service plans they can get you to buy with that.
Or at Walmart, where you can count how many times they wipe the drool off their chins while talking to you and stocking the shelves.
Or at Target, where they are simply not present.
I dislike sleazy kiosk-people as much as the next guy, having bought all my cellphones online, but the big box retailers have to either offer more choice, better prices, or better knowledge to get more sales. They get a ton of foot traffic and the lack of knowledgeable people is hurting them when they can't tell you the difference between EV-DO and UMTS.
