Sanyo was THE manufacturer for Sprint (at least as I remember it) in the late 90's, early 00's. The SCP 4000 was one of the best phones I've ever used (loved the green monochrome LCD). Some time in the last 5 years, they went downhill. They're latest offerings seem really cheap and plasticy but I haven't been with Sprint for a while.
