Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
I sell cell phones, and quite honestly as of now the general American public doesn't care much about camera phone quality, and I would imagine it has a lot to do with how digital camera prices have gone way down and quality has gone way up in the past few years here.
Plus, there seems to be this entitelemt attitude amongst Americans who sign a 2 year agreement... many feel that they are "entitled" a free or dirt cheap phone by their provider for a 2 yr contract.
I look at it more as a "if this is the phone I am gonna have for possibly 2 years I would rather spend the money on a decent one" but sadly the rest of this country does not see it that way. Then they piss and moan when their $20 phone doesn't last them 2 whole years. I wish I could sell cell phones in Europe, lol.
