We have had this phone (Under the guise of the TU500) here in Australia on Telstra's 3.5g HSDPA network and the phone can be summed up in one word "crap". Customers keep coming back, complaining that it far too hard to operate (and these are dumb people). I count this handset as another LG that was built for the designers and not the customers.
