Great, Now expect the flurry of advertisements from T-Mobile trumpeting the customer service. With Verizon it was "the network." With Cingular/at&t it was about the "fewest dropped calls."
Somehow, the best customer service doesn't quite have the same zing that VZW and at&t have. It kind of infers that they don't have strengths in the area's of coverage and call quality that VZW and at&t have.
But then conversely, the opposite could be said of at&t's and VZW's customer service...
