I sopke to customer service earlier and they don't even have the SKU for the item in their pricing system. The whole time since it's appearance on the full list of phones, the status has been out of stock.  I've been waiting for this phone forever! So I called for order status and the rep told me that it was processing for delivery to the warehouse on Monday, then it would be shipped to me, so I should receive it Tuesday. She also said that I should be getting a tracking number tonight or Monday, and that it was not showing as back ordered, and everything looked like it was on track. NokiaUSA is not some independent vendor, in fact the NokiaUSA site acts just like so many other vendors who only 'sell phones' with contracts, essentially getting the head hunter's commission. <br><br>NO this is not NOKIA's fault.  It's strictly AT&T wireless / Cingular.<br><br>Call CS? on Sunday over an upgrade? Laughable.
