You'll notice that it's "Temporarily out of stock" which probably is their way of saying that its not released yet.
However, the wait for this phone has just been increasingly frustrating, especially considering Nokia's current abysmal and dated offering of Nokia phone's. Though I'm not a fan of flip phones - I prefer the block/bar design - I'll take ANY high-end Nokia phone that Cingular/AT&T has to offer at this point.
