There's a reason why there's a 680 and 750 on AT&T.
1. Treo 750 = WM5 (which includes licensing costs whereas Palm OS doesn't really have those licensing costs now that Palm has acquired perpetual rights to it).
2. Treo 750 has UMTS/HSDPA capable

Those two reasons ALONE make sense for AT&T to have a 680 and 750.
