I realize that the device does make phone calls (on the PHS network), but if it is a Windows Mobile "Classic" device, then it should be a PDA only, as per Microsoft's designation of this platform. The Windows Mobile Professional (formerly know as Pocket PC phone edition) platform is for PDAs with phone functionality.
