As far as Palm being the "LG" that is over-stated. Build quality on Treos is actually very high in comparison to HTC, Moto or Samsung which automatically makes it higher than "LG". Have you ever held one?

Sprint's EvDo/Rev A is a much better value ($15 unlimited?) and blows EDGE away.
