id like to know about the refund policy..i had att before and cancelled becasue i dropped so many calls..maybe it was the razor i was using..but anyway, do we get a full refund on iphone within 30 days if either it doesnt live up to the hype or we arent happy with att wireless? (verizon customer)
14 day return policy, full refund if unopened, 10% restocking fee if opened. Either way must be returned with box and everything originally included with phone in new condition.
I cant believe just 1 more day
its been so freakin longg
So you mean i cannot spend the 1800 dollars burning a hole in my pocket for 3?
what i want to know is this...
...you go home with your new iphone.
...you try to activate. your credit is declined or you need a deposit.
...you dont have money for a deposit.
...you unplug your iphone and take it back to the store
...are they going to charge you 10% for returning it!?!?!? thats not your fault that their stupid system has you taking your phone home before you even know if your credit will be approved!!!!
If you are unsure about your credit, you can have a credit check done at the AT&T store before you take it home. They will give you a pre-approved code you type in iTunes and everything will run smooth.
but what if you didnt anticipate a problem and want to return it after finding out you cant sign up or need a deposit? i dont think it would be right to charge someone 10% for returning it just because at&t wanted to make things run more smoothly in their stores by putting the activation work on the consumer
