I have never used a web based version of this, but I BETA tested JiveTalk for the Blackberry Pearl and it was an excellent app, so I would imagine the same for the iPhone.
The plethora of support in such a short time for the iPhone is awesome, but I sure wish Apple would open it up to some third party apps. Web based is cool, but imagine what people can do with some native apps with all the power the iPhone has.
