I mean honestly, if everyone leaves big red will they change? I understand a lot of it is the phone companies not want to spend the money on cdma tech, but coudlnt V do something to try to keep their customers happy???
Because the average person just doesn't care. Sad, but true.
I for one really want Verizon to change, but the question I have to ask is what percentage of their customers are actually tech-savvy enough to want the upgrades we are asking for? If the number isn't really that high, and the majority of subscribers are happy with the POS phones and prices they are fed, why would they spend the time and money to change?
"but coudlnt V do something to try to keep their customers happy??? "
That's the thing. By and large, VZW's customers ARE happy (see churn numbers). People pissing and whining over an easy to use UI and bluetooth features hardly anyone uses make up such a small small fraction of VZW's complaints. You got A2DP, OBEX to computer, DUN, and of course headset... right there you've covered 99% of the bluetooth demand.
