I've always wished that Apple would've atleast given an option to connect to a Mac via FireWire, I have a FireWire cable, but of course the iPod says "connect via USB blah blah" because it can't handle it.<br><br>I miss FireWire iPods. They're relatively inexpensive and easy to install.  I use some old B&W Smurf as my iPod media machine.  It's old but it's useful for this purpose.
