~ You only have to have a combined bill with the landline and cell phone on it (before, you had to have unlimited local + long distance)
~ The original Unity plans didn't have Rollover on them
~ Cell plan is minimum $60/month for one phone (900 off-network daytime minutes) or $70/month for the first two lines of a family plan (700, lines 3-5 are $9.99 each)
For everyones info.... I just spent more than 3 hours on the phone with ATT who then had to transfer me to Cingular who had me on hold for 24 minutes to get different answers from everyone. The problem... to have the calls be free to all customers of ATT/Cingular/Bellsouth?SBC etc - you must have your bills combined & must be under the unity plan. All of which I signed up for - none of which was applied (including the bundle discounts from ATT) no combined bill, no cingular bills & an attempt to charge over $400 for the 700 minute family plan for 3 months. Advise - STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!! I was shocked to discover that the Nextel/Sprint merger has gone so much better - I'll be going back to Nextel ASAP.

Just to clarify, by off-network you mean out of network, like non-AT&T, right?
Off-network is usually roaming.
Yeah, to non-at&t people. It sounded better in my head.
