I was sort of hoping that they could secure additional funding & put some pressure on the big guys ever if they only ended up with a 5% market share. I work at best buy and their dealer/customer support is non exsistant.Waiting on hold for hours is pretty sad, and half of their phones don't work right. As a BBY employee, I hated it. Customer service wait times routinely over 30 minutes, ridiculous credit requirements, defective equipment, and an awful attract loop made this a horrible service. BBY just announced today that they would stop carrying it immediately. I was extremely happy to remove the fixture, as was everyone else. And as for them having state of the art phones, a cheap-quality Kyocera and a RAZR aren't that great, as well as a phone that when it came out was very high-end (E815).]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[egloskerry]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Jul 20th 2007 11:33PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
