Can you tell me the difference? I have Sprint and my phone has AGPS. It has a GPS chip. But if I go out of the network area i loose signal, including GPS
Monica the Nokia phones involved not only use A-GPS but also have a real GPS chip allowing for GPS coverage even in the Amazon. The A-GPS just helps for a quicker lock but the phone's GPS can be used even out of range of a network signal
